"Zanbuila"

Zanbuila is a stage piece following Itziar, a 39-year-old nurse caught in an existential crisis that a last-minute event makes worse. Through her work she meets a woman from another generation and that woman's daughter, who lead her to rethink things and dive, like a leap into the sea, into an urgent reflection. Born from conversations with women from the coast, the production aims to bring forward the faces and voices of women who go unseen and unheard, with sisterhood at its heart. It takes place on 6 November 2026 at Sanagustin Kulturgunea in Azpeitia.
