'Yo nací en un surco de judías' (ALMEALERA)
A multidisciplinary theatre piece by ALMEALERA exploring why fewer and fewer people want to work in farming and livestock. It grew out of a 3,635-kilometre journey through Spain's sparsely populated areas, interviewing women farmers and herders across six territories. Objects, food and an illustrated travel journal bring their stories to the stage and ask the audience what kind of ancestor they want to be. The 70-minute show is part of the Red de Teatros de Castilla y León programme. It takes place on 9 October 2026 at 20:30 at the Teatro Juan Bravo in Segovia; tickets cost 11 euros.
