13th University Conference on Religious Tourism — Gaudí: between nature, symbol and the sacred
An interdisciplinary gathering at the Abadia de Montserrat on 16 and 17 November 2026, 9:30 am to 6 pm, exploring how Gaudí linked spirituality, nature and art, and how to interpret religious heritage and manage visitors amid mass tourism. Coordinated by Dr Dolors Vidal and Dr Sílvia Aulet, it opens with a welcome from Abbot Manel Gasch and features talks by Jordi Faulí, Chiara Curti and other experts. Attendees will also visit the Rosari Monumental, hear the Salve and Virolai sung by the Escolania de Montserrat and join a round table. Part of the Gaudí Year. Price: €90 (€80 for Amics de Montserrat).
