Screening of the film directed by Elio Quiroga and Beñat Beitia at the Erribera Cultural Centre in Astigarraga on 11 October 2026 at 16:30. After Barcelona falls in January 1939, widower Víctor flees Spain with his young daughter Julia. In France, concentration camps and hardship await them, until a way out appears: the Winnipeg, a cargo ship chartered by Neruda and the Paris Quakers, bound for Valparaíso, Chile. Screenplay by Laura Martel, Elio Quiroga and Beñat Beitia; music by Diego Navarro. Recommended for ages 12 and up. Admission: 2 €.
