Tarsius — By Lara Díez Quintanilla
Tarsius is a play by Lara Díez Quintanilla that confronts death and suicide, a subject usually kept silent. It draws on the tarsier, an endangered primate that cannot breed in captivity and harms itself when caged. Six young people from very different backgrounds, who barely know each other, come together in a shared cry when pushed to the limit. Directed and choreographed by Ferran Carvajal. Recommended for ages 14 and up. Performed on 23 October 2026 at 8 pm at the Teatre Municipal de l'Escorxador in Lleida, running about 1 hour 15 minutes. Tickets: €18 and €20.
