"Sidari"

Theatre company Xake Produkzioak brings Sidari to Errenteria on 17 January 2027. The play follows Jone and Jokin, a couple in their thirties who have been together for eight years and set off on an interrail trip across Europe. He is content; she wonders whether he is really the one. On the train they meet a peculiar elderly couple who suggest they swim across the canal of Sidari, on Corfu, where couples are said to pledge eternal love. As the days pass, Jone begins to suspect something hard to explain rationally: what if the old pair are themselves, four decades on?
