Open opening session: "Palestina: el hilo de la memoria"
A free, open talk opening the cultural course "Comprender los conflictos internacionales" at Centro cívico Zabalgana in Vitoria-Gasteiz on 15 October 2026, from 19:00 to 20:30. Writer and journalist Teresa Aranguren, who reported on the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982 and has followed the Palestinian-Israeli conflict ever since, will discuss Palestine's history, the long-standing colonial aggression it endures, its people's resistance and the worsening humanitarian crisis today. She is the author of the book "Palestina el hilo de la memoria". The session is led by course teacher Juan Ibarrondo.
