Environmental outing

A circular hike to the Pedrezuela Reservoir and the Peñarrubia Cave, near Guadalix de la Sierra in the north of the Community of Madrid. The route covers 12 to 15 km in about 3.5 hours, following the reservoir shore, rural tracks and Mediterranean dehesa, with gentle slopes and well-defined dirt paths. It is low difficulty and suitable for people with little hiking experience; there is no age limit, though basic walking experience is needed. Departure on 24 October 2026 at 9:00 from Centro Cultural Galileo (Chamberí). Free until capacity is reached, with priority for residents registered in Chamberí.
