Bound for Rodari

A family musical show offering a playful, optimistic reworking of several Gianni Rodari stories through a present-day lens. Following the curiosity of Juanito Pierdedía, the audience travels to El país de las calles vacías, meeting a flying face mask that runs away from its owner, the generous old Don Zana, and wealthy Federico Ulrico, who hides in a desert fortress from a virus. Actress and storyteller Natalia Erice of the company Trastapillada leads the piece, with live music composed by accordionist Gorka Hermosa. It takes place on 24 October 2026 at Matadero Madrid, with free admission until capacity is reached.
