Reading corner: "Azukrea belazeetan" (Inazio Mujika Iraola)
A reading corner session devoted to Azukrea belazeetan, Inazio Mujika Iraola's first book, a short story collection published in 1987 and reissued by Erein in 2019. Regarded as an emblem of 1980s Basque fiction, it brings Basque and Western literature into dialogue, with echoes of magical realism and characters and settings that link the stories within a rural world. The session takes place on 22 October 2026, from 18:30 to 20:00, at the Biblioteca Municipal de Bermeo Joxe Miel Barandiaran. Free admission with booking. Organised by Bermeo City Council.
