Feminist reader's corner: "Ez erran inori" (Maddi Ane Txoperena)
As part of the Feminist reader's corner, the Bermeo Municipal Library Joxe Miel Barandiaran hosts the presentation of "Ez erran inori", the second novel by Maddi Ane Txoperena, written in Basque. The book follows Lide, who was sexually abused as a child in Donapaleu and whose memories return when, as a young woman living in Bayonne, she tries to escape them. It is a sensitive treatment of a painful and often silenced subject. The event takes place on 28 October from 18:30 to 20:00, and admission is free.
