Zinebi 2026 Programme - Bilbao International Festival of Documentary and Short Film
ZINEBI, the Bilbao International Festival of Documentary and Short Film organised by Bilbao City Council, holds its 68th edition from 20 to 27 November 2026. The poster, created by artist Jesús Mari Lazkano, reworks Francisco Durrio's "Monumento a Arriaga": the muse Euterpe appears in gold against a dark sky, holding a 16 mm film reel instead of her lyre. The image pays tribute to the expansion of the Bilbao Fine Arts Museum and to the bicentenary of the death of composer Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga. An event for lovers of documentary and short film.
