Getxo Eszena 2026 programme
Getxo's Performing Arts Festival reaches its 44th edition from 1 to 25 October 2026, offering four weeks of theatre, dance, circus and more. Muxikebarri, Getxo's arts, culture and conference centre, hosts 17 shows by acclaimed companies from the Basque Country and beyond, aimed at adult audiences as well as children and families. Highlights include "Lohi gorria", "Odysseia", "Divinas palabras", "Un monstruo viene a verme" and "Yo solo quiero irme a Francia", plus children's shows such as "Voa!" and "Izeba txirrita". Most performances start at 8 pm, with some at 6 pm.
