Book presentation: "Cuando los gais perdimos el miedo" (Jordi Petit)
Jordi Petit, a historic Catalan activist for equality and LGTBIQA+ rights, presents his latest book, "Cuando los gais perdimos el miedo", together with Gehitu. The book looks back on his childhood, youth and early years of activism during late Francoism and Spain's Transition to democracy. The presentation takes place on 19 October 2026 at 18:00 at the Elkar bookshop on Fermín Calbetón street in San Sebastián. A meeting for anyone interested in the history of the LGTBIQA+ movement.
