Poetika 2025/2026: "Oteiza batetik bestera"
As part of Koldo Mitxelena Kulturunea's Poetika series, writer Bernardo Atxaga and filmmaker Oskar Alegria will hold a conversation in lecture format about Jorge Oteiza, marking the anniversary of his birth in Orio. They will explore the artist's many sides as sculptor, author, poet and dreamer, the political aim of his work, his poetry and his influence on Basque culture, with references to the txalaparta, bertsolaris and Arantzazu. Both speakers have long devoted part of their work to Oteiza. The talk takes place in the KMK auditorium (Convento de Santa Teresa), San Sebastián, at 19:00. Free admission.
