Where are the chestnuts? (or the snails' rebellion) — Cia. Cinc Cèntims Teatre
Cinc Cèntims Teatre presents an interactive family street show set during the Castanyada, Catalonia's chestnut festival. Just as the Castanyera gets ready to sell her chestnuts in the town square, they vanish. The Castanyera, Marrameu the Cat, the Chestnut Giant and the Sweet Potato Witch all accuse one another of the theft, leaving the children's celebration in doubt. The performance takes place on 31 October 2026 at 6 pm at Teatre la Lliga in Capellades. Tickets cost €3. Part of Programa.cat.
