Natividad Zaro. Out loud
Cineteca Madrid screens this documentary about Natividad Zaro, actress, playwright, translator, director and film producer, a woman ahead of her time. A friend and collaborator of Lorca, Azorín, Valle Inclán and Forqué, who called her the Spanish 'Modesty Blaise', she wrote and produced Surcos (José Antonio Nieves Conde, 1951) and Amanecer en puerta oscura (José María Forqué, 1957), winner of the Silver Bear – Special Jury Prize – at the Berlin Film Festival. The screening on 9 October 2026 at 7:30 pm will be introduced by Vicky Calavia. Paid admission.
