"Mi suicidio o El pesimismo alegre"
Mario Gas performs this stage adaptation of Henri Roorda's book, written a hundred years ago as the author prepared for his own end. With humour and fatalistic irony, the text reflects on love, education, work, capitalism, marriage, desire and friendship. Directed by Fernando Bernués, who co-wrote the dramaturgy with Mario Gas and Vicky Peña, translated by Miguel Rubio and produced by Tanttaka Teatroa. The performance takes place on 15 October 2026 at 19:30 at Teatro Victoria Eugenia in San Sebastián. Tickets cost 18 or 24 €.
