Medusa. Crónica de una desesperanza

An opera with music and stage direction by Carlo Constantini and a libretto by Olivia Mortis, retelling the Medusa myth from a human, feminist and socially engaged perspective. It follows a student who reports a sexual assault and faces a system that doubts her account, exposing how revictimisation and discrediting work. Singing, dramaturgy and live mapping explore the protagonist’s memory and encourage reflection and debate on sexual violence. Performances on Sundays 22 and 29 November at 7 pm at Espai Tísner, Centre cívic Cotxeres Borrell, Barcelona. Paid admission.
