Heritage Tuesdays 2026: "Goya: del taller del grabador a su restauración"
A talk by Lauren Aliende Hoya and Rebeca Fernández García, part of Heritage Tuesdays, the lecture series run for the fourth time by the Restoration Service of the Provincial Council of Álava. They will explain how Goya turned the copper plate into a space for experimentation, breaking with rigid academic engraving, and describe the methods and conservation and restoration work carried out on the four series of prints now shown in the exhibition "Goya. Fantasía y razón" at the Museum of Fine Arts of Álava. Tuesday 3 November at 19:00, in the auditorium of Casa de Cultura Ignacio Aldecoa, Vitoria-Gasteiz. Open admission.
