"Manttalingo Alaba"

A poetry and music recital based on Mikel Etxaburu's poetry collection Manttalingo alaba, which recovers the memory of the more than 4,000 women held in Saturraran prison and the 166 women, children and young people who died there. With vocals by Nerea Zuloagai, accordion by Jon Gardoki and violin by Irina Álvarez, the performance evokes the atmosphere of the civil war through songs of the period and invites the audience to sing together. It takes place on 30 October 2026 at 19:00 at the Casa de Cultura Manuel Lekuona in Lasarte-Oria. Admission is free.
