Mahmud and Not Only Mahmud
Puntocero Company brings a show combining circus, theatre and live music to tell the story of Mahmud Traoré, a young Senegalese man who leaves home in search of work and opportunity. What begins as a trip to a neighbouring country turns into a journey shaped by colonialism, borders, labour exploitation and racism. Through strong visual storytelling and movement, one personal experience comes to reflect many other present-day migration stories. Free performance on 23 October 2026 at 7:00 pm at Centro Cultural Antonio Machado (San Blas - Canillejas), Madrid. Recommended for ages 12 and up.
