A man of around 40 and his alter ego, Barbie, carry out a kind of post-mortem on his own life: his childhood, adolescence and adulthood, and the influence of teachers, his father, grandparents, friends and other male figures, until Barbie blows the whole examination apart. Starting from a personal experience that becomes collective, this stage piece explores how masculinity is built and taken apart, raising uncomfortable questions about identity, binaries, bodies and gender roles.
