Literaktum 2026: Xabier Amuriza and Agus Barandiaran
As part of Literaktum 2026, Xabier Amuriza joins Agus Barandiaran for a show blending music and traditional verses, exploring the meaning of the 85 verses. Amuriza grew up with the country festivals his grandmother hosted outside the family farmhouse with a tambourine and her voice, and he has spent his life researching the stories held in those songs, snapshots of everyday rural life. Through the verses he has gathered and written over recent decades, he will look back on his own life. The event takes place on 13 November 2026 at 19:30 at Sala Imanol Larzabal (Lugaritz) in San Sebastián. Tickets: €15.
