"Las hijas de Bernarda"
Taiat Dansa brings its take on Lorca's classic to the Teatro Gayarre in Pamplona, keeping Bernarda herself invisible and focusing instead on her five daughters, their confinement and the moral scrutiny they suffer and impose on one another. Created by Meritxell Barberá and Inma García, the piece blends dance, live music, theatre, film, installation and visual art, combining original texts with fragments of Lorca as a tribute to Andalusian folklore. It explores oppression, family tension and the struggle for freedom and identity. Performance on 30 October 2026 at 8:00 pm. Tickets from 9 to 18 €.
