L'Albada — La Perla 29, S.L.
A play by Jaume Viñas, directed by Oriol Broggi, at Espai L'Amistat in Premià de Mar. As Barcelona prepares for the 1992 Olympic Games, history student Alba, together with her professor and another young researcher, uncovers silenced episodes of Spain's past, from the civil war through the post-war years to the transition, drawing on testimonies and archives. A young cast of eleven actors, including the author, performs this story about memory and the weight of the past. Performance at 8 pm, running about 3 h 30 min including an interval. Tickets: €16.
