'La princesa y el dragón' (TÍTERES SOL Y TIERRA)
Títeres Sol y Tierra brings this multidisciplinary theatre piece to the Teatro Latorre in Toro. It won the 2024 Premio Godot for Best Show in the Community of Madrid Theatre Network. The story turns classic fairy tales around: Princess Valentina rescues herself, the gardener Rimas is a sensitive soul, King Calmodio learns to value care work, and the dragon Artimañas turns out to be lonely and angry. It explores coeducation, sharing care fairly, peaceful conflict resolution and empathy. The performance takes place on 29 November 2026 at 18:00 and lasts 55 minutes. Tickets cost 3 euros. Part of the Castile and León Theatre Network programme.
