Josep M. Castellet and Edicions 62
Marking the centenary of Josep M. Castellet's birth, the Ateneu Barcelonès hosts a tribute to his years as literary director of Edicions 62. Critic and editor Àlex Broch and publishing historian Manuel Llanas will discuss daily life at the publisher, the building of its catalogue, its close ties with writers and Castellet's role as a cultural mediator. The conversation is moderated by Teresa Muñoz, philologist, Castellet's niece and curator of the Josep M. Castellet Year. Thursday 22 October 2026 at 6:30 pm, free admission.
