Cómo contar la Historia 2026 sessions: "History brought to the screen"
The first session of the Cómo contar la Historia II series, organised by Koldo Mitxelena Kulturunea, looks at how cinema portrays historical events, their contexts and the people involved. It takes the form of a conversation and debate between filmmaker Aitor Arregi, co-founder of the production company Moriarti and maker of films such as Handia and La trinchera infinita, and Santiago de Pablo, Professor of Contemporary History at the University of the Basque Country and author of works on history and film. It takes place on 14 October 2026 at 19:00 in the KMK auditorium (Convento de Santa Teresa), San Sebastián. Free admission.
