"Inurri Itsuak" (Galdakao)
Screening of "Inurri Itsuak", a film directed by Igor Legarreta and set in Biscay in 1935. After a fierce storm, an English ship loaded with coal runs aground near Algorta, and locals rush to the shore at night to seize it. Sabas Jauregui drags his children into the storm despite the fears of his wife Josefa, and the family will do the unthinkable to keep the coal. The cast includes Urko Olazabal, Itziar Ituño and Josean Bengoetxea, among others. Showings at Torrezabal Kultur Etxea (Galdakao), 23–26 October: Friday 20:00, Sunday 18:30 and 20:30, Monday 20:00.
