"Inurri Itsuak" (Elgoibar)
Herriko Antzokia in Elgoibar screens "Inurri Itsuak", a film directed by Igor Legarreta, from 30 October to 2 November 2026; check the schedule for times. Set in Bizkaia in 1935, it follows the night an English ship loaded with coal runs aground in a storm and the people of Algorta rush to the shore to claim it. Sabas Jauregui sees a stroke of luck, his wife Josefa a bad omen, yet he drags their children into the storm. The cast includes Urko Olazabal, Itziar Ituño, Josean Bengoetxea and Miren Gaztañaga, among others.
