Opening of the restored Sala del Fumador at Casa Vicens — IX years since its opening as a house museum
On 16 November 2026, Casa Vicens in Barcelona unveils its restored Sala del Fumador, marking the ninth anniversary of its opening as a house museum after three years of restoration and rehabilitation. Regarded as Gaudí's manifesto house, where the young architect first set out the principles that would shape his whole career, it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2005.
