"Gazte Artea Ezkerraldean 2026" (Santurtzi)
The touring exhibition Gazte Artea Ezkerraldean, now in its 14th edition, comes to Santurtzi, at Casa Torre Jauregia, from 6 to 29 January 2027, with free admission. It shows work by four young artists living in the area: Alec Butrón Gozalez, Sara Fuica Gañan, Ysabela Sacabarrozzi and Arrate Perez Ahumada. The selection spans painting, sculpture and pieces exploring everyday materials, the body, identity and landscape. Promoted by the town councils of Ezkerraldea and supported by the Diputación Foral de Bizkaia, the initiative aims to showcase emerging talent and help it reach professional art circuits. The exhibition previously visited Portugalete, Barakaldo and Sestao.
