"Gazte Artea Ezkerraldean 2026" (Barakaldo)
The touring exhibition Gazte Artea Ezkerraldean, now in its 14th edition, comes to Barakaldo from 2 to 27 November 2026, with free admission. It features work by four young artists living in the area: Alec Butrón Gozalez, Sara Fuica Gañan, Ysabela Sacabarrozzi and Arrate Perez Ahumada. Visitors will find painting, sculpture and pieces engaging with everyday materials, the body, identity and landscape. Promoted by the Ezkerraldea town councils and backed by the Diputación Foral de Bizkaia, the initiative aims to showcase emerging talent and help it reach professional art circuits. The tour also visits Portugalete, Sestao and Santurtzi.
