Gastrónoma - Mediterranean Gastronomy Fair
Gastrónoma holds its 11th edition at Feria Valencia in Valencia from 26 to 28 October 2026. This fair devoted to Mediterranean gastronomy is organised into several areas, including Cocina Central–L’Exquisit Mediterrani, El Aula, Barras Gourmet, Cooking, Wine Experience and Entreolivos by Alimentos de España, Be Sweet, #PanDeVerdad, #DQuesos, Plaça de l’Artesania, Plaza de la Felicidad, Plaza Activa Tescoma, a gastronomic restaurant and the Gastrodesign Area.
