Gasteiz Euskararen Hiria 2026
On Saturday 10 October, Vitoria-Gasteiz hosts the second edition of this festive day celebrating the Basque language, with twelve hours of activities for all ages run by local associations and groups working in Basque, culture, leisure and sport. From 11:00 to 22:30 in Plaza de la Virgen Blanca, with some events in Plaza Nueva, the programme includes the family show 'Kokito eta India', Basque rural sports, role-playing games, bertso improvised verse, acroyoga, a vinyl session by Pineapple Sweets, a dance groups gathering, a performance by the Euskalgintza, a Harresian Zulo concert and the Andrigina Drag Show. Free admission.
