"Frankopoleon"
"Frankopoleon" is a stage work by KulturArteCo, the collective of Ekhiñe Famoso Intxaurrandieta, Inma Koiote and Saioa Gomez Tejeria, created within Udalbiltza's Geuretik sortuak project. Set in 2070 in a dual state called Frankopoleon, the piece asks what makes someone a Basque speaker, which gazes shape, limit or silence them, how many languages they speak, what kind of Basque they use, where they come from and where they are heading. It takes place on 24 October 2026 at 19:30 at Sala Imanol Larzabal (Lugaritz) in San Sebastián. Tickets cost 12 €.
