Fluxu 2026: Silvia Ayerra
As part of Fluxu 2026, a contemporary art circuit in Navarre, the Casa de Cultura de Olite presents Silvia Ayerra's project from 2 to 21 February 2027. It is a new phase of Verano Nuclear, an ongoing artistic investigation rooted in her experience as a cancer patient. Using photography, words and audience involvement, the artist creates a meeting space for sharing questions about illness, moving away from narratives of heroic triumph or mandatory optimism, and exploring the body, fragility and care as both intimate experiences and cultural and political constructs.
