Santurtzi Theatre Festival 2026: "La mujer rota"
As part of the Santurtzi Theatre Festival 2026, Santurtzi-born actress Anabel Alonso stars in this adaptation of Simone de Beauvoir's work, directed by Heidi Stenhardt and premiered at the Teatro Arriaga. On New Year's Eve, Murielle is alone at home, kept awake by the noise of celebrations outside, as her memories collide with a bleak present. Loss, failure and loneliness have shattered her self-esteem as a woman, wife, mother and daughter, in a story that is both tragedy and comedy. The performance takes place on 28 November 2026 at 20:00 at Serantes Kultur Aretoa in Santurtzi. Tickets: €18.
