Euskadiko Orkestra 2026/27: "Schumann / Brahms"
A concert by the Euskadiko Orkestra devoted to Brahms and Schumann, on 13 April 2027 at 7:30 pm at the Jesús Guridi Music Conservatory in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The Sociedad Coral de Bilbao performs Nänie and Schicksalslied, two choral-symphonic works on death and fate set to texts by Hölderlin and Schiller. German pianist and conductor Christian Zacharias takes both roles in Schumann's Introduction and Allegro appassionato. The programme closes with Brahms's Third Symphony, and the evening ends at about 8:40 pm.
