Pamplona Encounters 2026: "Pedra / Un capitel", Perejaume
As part of the Pamplona Encounters 2026, the Museo de Navarra shows two 2022 works by Perejaume. "Pedra" combines a stone found in the Balà estuary and carved after a 17th-century capital from the Centelles Palace in Barcelona, a photograph of the original capital and a video of the carving. "Un capitell" is a wall projection in which a capital-shaped plane tree in Sant Pol fills and empties with people climbing up and down holding objects such as a chicken, a goose, flowers or a guitar, reflecting on tree worship and humans as part of the landscape. From 2 to 12 October, free admission.
