Pamplona Encounters 2026: "Art and meaning after the arrival of AI", Hito Steyerl
As part of the Pamplona Encounters 2026, visual artist, filmmaker and essayist Hito Steyerl talks with artist and educator Lisa Tan about the key ideas of her essay "Medium Hot", which examines the digital world, art, capitalism and the implications of artificial intelligence. The conversation will also offer insight into her artistic practice. It takes place on 9 October 2026 at 19:00 at Auditorio Baluarte in Pamplona, with free admission. During the biennial, works by Steyerl are on display at the El Polvorín building in the Citadel from 2 October to 15 November.
