Literary meeting: "Después de todo"

Carmen Torres presents her book "Después de todo" at a literary meeting at the Residencia Municipal de Algorta in Getxo on 22 October 2026 at 18:00. The book looks back on her life from a place of serenity and reconciliation: a childhood in a large family, the murder of her first husband, journalist José María Portell, raising six children, literary success, the pandemic spent in a care home, depression and learning to forgive. It is a defence of human fragility that challenges the stigma around mental illness. Free admission.
