Screening at Tabakalera in San Sebastián of Tsai Ming-Liang's Taiwanese film from 2005, running 114 minutes. In a Taiwan hit by such a severe drought that people are urged to drink watermelon juice instead of water, Shiang-chyi gets by stealing water from public toilets, while Hsiao-kang cools off at night in rooftop rainwater tanks. Two lonely people, worn down by heat and desire, find each other. The screening takes place on 17 October 2026 at 19:00, and tickets cost €4.50.
