"El retablo de las maravillas"
Theatre company Els Joglars marks its 65th anniversary with a new show, and the Social Antzokia in Basauri hosts its only performance in the Basque Country. True to the company's satirical, provocative style, the play follows a band of rogues peddling hot air who sell an obvious lie as truth, while citizens eagerly agree for fear of being cut off from the majority. Written by Albert Boadella and Ramón Fontserè and directed by Boadella. Performance on 24 October 2026 at 8:00 pm, running 90 minutes. Tickets cost 22 and 25 €.
