"The Selfish Giant"
Auditorio Barañáin hosts this opera by Íñigo Casalí, who wrote the music and libretto and conducts, on 27 December 2026 at 18:00, marking the debut of Prexcribe Arts Productions. Freely based on Oscar Wilde's tale, it tells of a giant scarred in childhood who shuts himself behind a wall with the Wind, the Snow and the Hail, until children and spring transform his heart. Soloists, the Escolanía Ikastola Paz de Ziganda children's choir and the Orquesta Ciudad de Pamplona perform, with stage direction by Carlos Crooke. Running time is 60 minutes and tickets cost €20.
