El gegant del pi — Pau Vinyals
An autofiction monologue written and performed by Pau Vinyals Dalmau, directed by Júlia Barceló. Pau, 33, has just bought a flat in Barcelona's Raval neighbourhood with Judit; as they unpack family photos and keepsakes, he remembers how much he loved his grandfather, who was a Francoist. The piece explores the silences within a family and a village, inherited legacy, and what we would do to defend our home or save a child.
