Gema Matarranz performs this monologue by Histrión Teatro, written and directed by María Goiricelaya, which explores Spain's recent trans law, gender fraud and the ethical questions it raises. A mother struggles to accept that her sixteen-year-old is Alex, not Alejandra; when police accuse him of sexual abuse, she sets out to understand him and defend his identity and rights. Sound design by Ibon Aguirre, original music by Ibon Belandia. Performance on 27 November 2026 at 20:00 at Zornotza Aretoa in Amorebieta-Etxano. Tickets: €8.75.
