Deabru Beltzak: "Su talka"
A street theatre show by the Deabru Beltzak company in Mendaro. "Su talka" draws on the Altsasu Carnival, one of the oldest and most enigmatic carnivals in the Basque Country, and on the striking figure of the Momotxorros, characters from the collective imagination that stand for transgression, identity and ritual. Rhythm and fire, the company's best-known trademarks, merge with the spirit of this ancient celebration in a clash of eras, languages and cultures. The performance takes place on 31 October 2026 at 22:00, and admission is free.
