Darius Jones Trio
Alto saxophonist and composer Darius Jones brings his trio to the Teatro Victoria Eugenia in San Sebastián to present his album Legend of e'Boi (The Hypervigilant Eye) live. He is joined by longtime collaborator Gerald Cleaver on drums and Chris Lightcap on bass. The set features five new Jones compositions, austere in their beauty and depicting the cruelties and melancholy of modern times, plus an arrangement of No More My Lord, the prison song recorded by Alan Lomax at Parchman Farm, Mississippi. The concert takes place on 22 November 2026 at 19:00; tickets cost 20 €.
